Loads of people keep mentioning hte pool to me. Its been a real hit this summer and at least its open unlike Charlton Lido.
I've taken tot there a few times but not to play in the pool as she's liable to bend down and drink the water!
I know what you mean! This shot was actually taken in the paddling pool in the back garden! I haven't dared take out my camera anywhere with lots of other kids yet after all the funny (i.e., threatening) looks I got the other day in Danson Park! I ust get that t-shirt printed with "I Am Not A Paedo"...

It is hard not to be paranoid though. I recently went to a picnic in Hyde Park by the Diana memorial and my aunts were gettting very annoyed with every man there who had a camera. I bet that women don't have the same hassle. Its kinda hard to know what to do about it. Its just as bad as the "every photographer is a terrorist" stance the police tried to take. In a way its why I prefer my camera phone as its a little less obvious that I'm taking photos but of course, that means I can't really control if some perv is taking photos of my kids either!
